Responsibilities:

a) responsible for the accusation of materials, tools equipment, standard parts required as per Work Order and planned job functions)

Job Duties:

a) ensures purchasing of materials are from approved suppliers.

b) identifies new potential suppliers and forward to QAM.

c) maintains operational materials, inventory and manage stock levels.

d) carry out audit stock check on monthly basis.

e) ensures availability materials/consumables/parts to support Operations department.

f) monitors all shelf-life item for the limitation life. (Expiry date).

g) ensures Incoming inspection prior acceptance for storage and usage.

h) assigns Batch number.

i) maintains and manage Quarantine stores.

j) raise Purchasing Order

k) coordinate shipments; communicate with customers and transporter to ensure on-time delivery

l) preparing shipping invoice, packing list and other relevant documents

m) ensure compliance with import-export regulations/ customs regulations and legal and health & safety requirements

n) plans, organize and control the work of activities for store management & inventory

o) coordinate with shipping agent for customs clearance processes

p) ensure maintenance and compliance of company vehicle, as well track records of its usage

q) general housekeeping of facility store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
