Overview of the Position

The Compliance Executive is responsible for protecting the company's interests by ensuring that all Independent Business Owners (IBOs) strictly comply with company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining legal and operational integrity through timely investigations, proactive monitoring, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaboration & Escalation Management

Work closely with internal departments (Legal, Finance, HR, Operations) to address compliance matters, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment with company standards.

2. Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement

Monitor IBO activities and business operations to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments to identify non-compliance.

3. Policy Knowledge & Updates

Maintain an in-depth understanding of company rules and code of conduct. Stay updated on new or amended policies and communicate changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.

4. IBO Support & Inquiry Handling

Respond promptly and professionally to IBO inquiries related to compliance matters. Provide clear guidance, clarification, and support on policy interpretation.

5. Investigation & Misconduct Management

Conduct thorough investigations on suspected policy breaches by gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and preparing formal notices or reports.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

Assist in mediating disputes between IBOs and the company, ensuring fair, objective, and impartial processes.

7. Site Visits & Inspections

Perform on-site visits to verify information, investigate complaints, or follow up on compliance-related issues.

8. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential records of investigations, compliance activities, and communication logs.

9. Ad-Hoc Support & Event Assistance

Assist with company events, compliance briefings, and any additional tasks assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Preferably in compliance, legal, or risk management roles, especially within MLM or direct selling.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective engagement with stakeholders and IBOs.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Able to assess risks, analyse cases, and propose practical solutions.
  • Independent & Proactive: Capable of working with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and attention to detail in case handling and documentation.
  • Tech Proficient: Good command of Microsoft Office and related software tools.
  • Ethical & Professional: Demonstrates integrity, strong ethics, and professionalism at all times.

Work Details

  • Location: Bukit Jalil (near Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
