  • Accurately input, verify, and update customer and transaction data into the bank's internal systems.
  • Review source documents to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with banking standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all data handling follows banking data privacy and security policies.
  • Assist in processing documents related to account openings, loan applications, or other banking operations.
  • Perform routine data checks and generate basic reports for internal teams.
  • Support the operations team in administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting accuracy and productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, IT, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
