Korean / Japanese Customer Support Specialist (Leading Food Delivery Service)

Role & Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Providing support on how to use the ordering system/application.
  • Processing updates and changes to registered user information.
  • Handling issues related to incorrect orders or wrong items received.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding delivery delays.
  • Processing requests for re-delivery or order cancellations.
  • Guiding customers through the refund process.

Salary & Compensation

  • Monthly Salary Range (Total): RM 8,000 to RM 10,570

Breakdown:

  • Basic Salary: RM 8,000 – 9,000
  • Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM 1,200
  • KPI Allowance: Up to RM 370
