Position : Intern – Administration (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

○ Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance Corroserv's brand visibility across multiple channels.

○ Support the creation of marketing content, including brochures, posters, and social media materials.

○ Assist in drafting marketing copy, press releases, and digital content for campaigns and internal communications.

○ Update and maintain the company's website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Market Research & Analysis

○ Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within the engineering and oil & gas sectors.

○ Compile and analyze data for marketing performance reports.

○ Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and case studies for client engagement.

Event Coordination & Branding

○ Support in organizing and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

○ Assist in developing promotional materials and corporate gifts.

○ Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials.

Administrative & Coordination Support

○ Coordinate with the Technical and Admin departments for cross-departmental marketing initiatives.

○ Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers.

○ Support ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

○ Engage in multiple areas of work and perform other minor or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.

  2. Candidate must have a strong command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  3. Candidate must with a good communication skill, detail oriented, and well organised.

  4. Willingness to learn new things and grow as a team.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  6. Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
