- Memastikan semua kerja ikut piawaian keselamatan & peraturan.
- Menjaga keselamatan dan kebersihan tapak kerja.
- Mempunyai Sijil Wireman PW2 / PW4 (diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- Pengalaman dalam bidang elektrik. (Graduan baharu juga digalakkan memohon)
- Pengetahuan asas tentang alat dan peralatan elektrik.
- Boleh bekerja secara berpasukan dan juga sendirian.
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Rajin, bertanggungjawab dan menepati masa.
