About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Compliance professional to join our team at DYNAMIC GUARDFORCE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes and procedures.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing employee payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  2. Monitoring payroll systems and records to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
  3. Calculating and processing employee benefits, deductions, and taxes
  4. Preparing and submitting required payroll reports and documentation
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to address any payroll-related queries or issues
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations
  7. Implementing and maintaining effective payroll control procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a payroll compliance or similar role
  2. Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and best practices
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Proficiency in using payroll software and related tools
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
