What you'll be doing?
  • Assist in Installation: Collaborate with senior engineers to install, test, and commission vacuum packing machines, sealing machines, and food processing equipment.
  • Perform Troubleshooting: Conduct basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site service support for customers.
  • Coordinate Service: Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and spare parts arrangement.
  • Maintain Records: Prepare service reports and maintain proper records of all service jobs.
  • Support Exhibitions: Assist in showroom or exhibition setup when required.
  • Ensure Safety: Follow safety procedures and company standards during all operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related field.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in the related field. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply; training will be provided.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of electrical wiring or mechanical assembly preferred.
  • Travel Ability: Ability to travel locally (Malaysia / Singapore) for service assignments.
  • Team Player: Possess good teamwork, communication skills, and responsibility.
  • Own Transport: Possess own transport (allowance provided).
