We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) that we're hiring for roles across our LMA and Spotlight SRE teams, focused on improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems.

Here's a quick snapshot of the key skills we're looking for (you don't need all of them - having a mix is great):

Key Tech Stack & Responsibilities:

  • Linux administration (patching, vulnerability reduction)
  • Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Rancher
  • Infrastructure as Code and automation – Ansible, Shell scripting
  • Monitoring & Observability – ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Kafka
  • CI/CD tools – Jenkins or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Bonus: Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka, Juju Charms, NoSQL/RDBMS, or K8s on-prem

We're especially keen to speak with engineers who have worked with containerized environments, built or supported CI/CD pipelines, and are confident troubleshooting in complex, distributed systems.

This is a remote role, but please note that we operate on UK working hours, so you'd need to be comfortable working within that time zone.
