Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000 Per Month + Commission: MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000

Location: Klang, Selangor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is preferred to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients; proficient in English and/or Malay, both oral and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales planning.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events and explore new opportunities.
