Job Summary

Manage the efficient receipt, storage and delivery of goods from the warehouse. Manage inventory through the use of computerized systems. Maintain sufficient stock levels to meet stock demand while minimizing oversupply. Involved in several inventory control processes and helps count, check, move, and order.

Duties and responsibilities

Inventory Stock Control

  • Perform stocktake and make sure all inventory is tallied between the system and actual stock
  • Maintain inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Make sure all stock out issues using the correct account code

Receive, Deliver and Request Goods

  • Responsible for Warehouse daily operation movement (Receiving, Storage, Outbound, and Delivery) with efficient and safety
  • Receive goods from vendors directly or via courier service
  • Manage all receipts of goods and services in the system using complete documentation
  • Deliver goods to all Branches and NADI
  • Manage goods request from Internal Team to self-collect or deliver to Branches or NADI
  • Keep documentation records of incoming and outgoing goods

Ansar Mobile Stater Pack (Sim Cards)

  • Manage order from Customer or Agents
  • courier using Gdex for Customer order
  • self-collect for Agent order

DO for Installation

  • Create manual DO for Internal Teams and Branch
  • Complete documentation is required to create the DO

Pantry and Stationery

  • Manage pantry and stationery stock for staff use
  • Maintain inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
