Quote Specialist

Client: Arrow Electronics

Location: Georgetown, Penang

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage supplier quotations/pricings, product information support, and RFQ from internal customers.
• Handle supplier quotation/pricing processes and first level negotiations.
• Margin enhancement and new business acquisition via quotation activities.
• Support to other associated Marketing business functions.
• Working for ASEAN (mainly) as well as APAC regions
• You will gain the influences from the internal associate and team members, external associate members and other Arrow functions to perform the duties
• Decision making and judgment are based on practice, precedence, and evaluating options under circumstances that are not covered by procedures.
• Self-management of own workload expected.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any fields.
• Experience in quotes in electronic industry
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft office software's, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Process driven, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
