Scope of Work:

As a Junior Web Developer, you will support the development team in building, updating, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build custom WordPress websites using Elementor and custom layouts.
  • Develop and style web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.
  • Integrate and configure plugins such as Elementor Pro, RankMath SEO, and WooCommerce.
  • Perform routine website maintenance, updates, backups, and bug fixes.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Troubleshoot layout or functionality issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team on timelines, priorities, and delivery milestones.

Requirements:Experience:

  • 2 years of practical experience in WordPress web development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build websites using Elementor without relying on templates.
  • Hands-on experience managing plugin configurations and basic website optimization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in WordPress CMS and Elementor Pro.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
  • Familiar with SEO basics and on-page optimization (e.g., RankMath).
  • Understanding of website performance improvements (e.g., caching, image compression).
  • Familiar with website responsiveness and UX fundamentals.
