Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment

Duties

  • Promote and sell medical devices to government institutions and or through appointed agents within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and support government projects by coordinating with agents, hospitals, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Plan and manage monthly, weekly, and daily sales routes to ensure effective market coverage and efficient time management.
  • Identify customer and project requirements and present appropriate product solutions to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Developing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone call and emails.
  • Responding promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company, agents, customers, and government institutions.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Attend division meetings and share market insights, updates, and best practices with colleagues.
  • Update and submit daily sales, collection, and project activity reports accurately and on time.
  • Filling customer complaint form and highlight to QC for investigation.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
  • Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
