NOCO is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to join our expanding team in Malaysia.

The SQE will be responsible for supplier product quality, manufacturing process control, supplier qualification, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure product quality and manufacturing process control at supplier sites.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve a zero defects target.

Create and follow up on quality control plans, RT/ORT test plans.

Appraise supplier quality systems including IQC/FPY/OQC performance and drive improvements.

Perform regular Quality System Audits and Process Audits at supplier sites.

Handle customer complaints, prepare Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and manage supplier preventive actions.

Participate in NPI activities, perform NPD production audits, and ensure closure of failure items before mass production.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier/manufacturing process quality management, preferably in electronic or power supply products.
  • Degree or above, preferably majoring in Electronics Engineering.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/TS16949 Quality Systems and Quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC 7 tools.
