Skop Tugas (Job Description) :

  • Menyediakan Bill of Quantities (BQ) dan costing bagi projek M&E/HVAC.
  • Menyediakan anggaran kos, quotation, dan laporan kemajuan projek.
  • Mengurus dokumen tender, submissions, dan progress claim.
  • Menyemak dan mengesahkan tuntutan bayaran kontraktor/subkontraktor.
  • Membantu dalam rundingan harga dan kawalan kos projek.
  • Memastikan semua kerja dan laporan mengikut jadual serta tarikh tutup tender.
  • Menyediakan variation orders, final account dan laporan akhir projek.
  • Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan teknikal dan pengurusan projek.

Kelayakan (Requirements):

  • Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Quantity Surveying atau Kejuruteraan (M&E).
  • Berpengalaman dalam projek M&E / HVAC diutamakan.
  • Mahir dalam penyediaan BQ, costing tender, dan dokumen kontrak.
  • Kemahiran komputer: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, dan perisian QS (seperti CostX / Glodon) satu kelebihan.
  • Teliti, rajin dan boleh bekerja mengikut tarikh tutup tender.
  • Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga dalam pasukan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
