About the role

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our dynamic team at Best-Beteck Furniture Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in transforming our innovative design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. This full-time position will allow you to contribute to the development of high-quality furniture products that meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for furniture design and production.
  • Prepare layout, assembly, and material drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback from designers or production teams.
  • Ensure drawings meet company standards and client specifications.
  • Work closely with the design, production, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility.
  • Maintain drawing records and documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Design, or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
  • Experience in furniture design or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
