Job Highlights:

Full-Time Retail Associate

Salary: RM 2,300 - RM 3,200 (include allowances)

Working hours: Retail Working Shifts (Early / Middle / Late)

Job Description:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information about our mattress products and features.

  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and offer personalized recommendations to help them find the best bedding for their requirements.

  3. Demonstrate knowledge of different bedding types, materials, and brands to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.

  4. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of mattresses.

  5. Assist customers with the selection process by providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.

  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, regularly restocking inventory and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

  8. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

  9. Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years experiences in Retail Sales / Sales position.

  2. Willing to travel and work at Pavilion Bukit Jalil
