JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are seeking a talented,enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing company in Kuching. This contract internship offers practical, hands-on exposure to digital marketing (especially TikTok), content, production, and day-to-day sales support for a fast-moving F&B.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, track and analyse data (Tiktok insights , social metrics, basic sales data)
  • Maintain and update TikTok sales / orders in the company system.
  • Create or coordinate short-form video content; appear on camera when required.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and support the development of marketing plans.
  • Manage day-to-day sales tasks: customer engagement, lead follow-ups, order tracking, and support for offline activations.
  • Work with content and design teams to produce marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Assist in preparing sales and dealer performance reports by gathering insights and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Bachelor / Diploma in Marketing or equivalents.
  • Minimum 3 months of internship duration.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and digital trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional phone manner, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Creative, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Able to commit to the full internship duration required by the university.
