We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for below role

Senior Engineer, Proposal

We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.

Developing proposal standard method:
Establish effective and appropriate method of CIC proposal works including reviewing and modifying of content of current RFQ package templates (subcontract forms, T&C, SoW etc.) as required. Develop the procedures/guidelines/workflow required for proposal works within CIC department.

Data management for continuous improvement:
Facilitate continuous improvement analyzing the data available from project execution and update the cost estimation data for future projects. Collect, organize, and maintains historical data of cost summary (quotations/CBEs/final cost etc.) and productivities in a systematic manner to allow for easy access by those require. Collect, assort various cost data along with technical information for benchmarking and analyze tendency, correlation, or algorithm in order to develop applicable estimate methodologies in collaboration with Digital & Analytics team.

Defining schedule and quality assurerance program:
Define and develop schedule and quality monitoring method to support the project execution team in terms of construction.

Leading CAPEX estimation work in CIC:
Lead EPCI proposal work including CAPEX estimation for CIC in consideration with the constructability study, schedule analysis and execution plan.
