About The Job

As a Management Trainee with a focus on managing and retaining distributors, you will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining our distribution network. You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining good relationships with distributors through regular communication and support.
  • Help develop sales plans and targets with distributors to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate and provide product and sales training to distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitor information to identify opportunities.
  • Track distributor sales performance and assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Support contract discussions and ensure distributors follow company guidelines.
  • Assist in exploring and developing new business opportunities and market segments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, on-job training will be provided.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
  • Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
