  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests through chat and email channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and account-related matters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented properly in the system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, billing, sales, etc.) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all written communications.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and follow company procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant customer service / contact centre role (non-voice experience preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Digital literacy – basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., apps, WhatsApp, chatbot platforms)
  • Technical support skills (Fibre & Mobile) — prior troubleshooting/support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and customer-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
