Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Handle daily end-user queries and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of the Loan Origination Application.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
System Enhancement & Project Support
- Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
- Design and review functional specifications in alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability post-changes.
- Prepare for go-live activities including deployment coordination, communication, and readiness checks.
- Provide post-live support to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
System Maintenance & Governance
- Perform regular system maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage and maintain the system access matrix, ensuring proper role-based access controls.
- Enforce system governance policies and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain system documentation including configuration records, access logs, and change history.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system administration or application support, preferably in financial services or banking.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems
- Experience in SQL, system configuration, and application troubleshooting.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
