Role: Customer Service- Cantonese Speaker (Support Data Centre (Networking) )

Location: Johor Bahru

Shift : Rotational Shift

Working days : 5 working days in a week

Salary: Basic RM 3,400 + night shift up to RM300 + KPI Allowance RM400

Annual Leave - 12 Days

Medical Leave - 14 Days

Additional leave details will be provided during the onboarding process

Responsibilities:

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products

Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
