Job description

Software QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst ensures that software applications meet the required quality standards before release by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues. Software QA Analyst play a critical role in delivering reliable, secure, and user-friendly software products. The role involves a combination of manual and automated testing, collaboration with development teams, and reporting results to stakeholders.

  • Chinese speaking
  • 1–5 years of experience in software QA, depending on the role level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in manual and automated testing tools being advantageous.

Knowledge Requirements


• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium) and experience in integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.


• Strong communication skills to document, present, and explain QA progress, issues, and metrics to stakeholders.


• Strong knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).


• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve defects efficiently.


• Understanding of different software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and how QA fits within these frameworks.
