About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team at NASI LEMAK GEMPAK SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

·       Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

·       Reconciling daily revenue collections, bank statements and maintaining the general ledger.

·       Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.

·       Process supplier invoices, staff claims, petty cash, and ensure timely payments.

·       Generate, submit, reconcile SST and e-invoices as per statutory compliance

·       Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required.

·       Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems.

·       Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

·       Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

·       Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost saving.

·       Any other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.

What we're looking for

· Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance.

· Preferable 3 years related working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Familiar with UBS / SQL Accounting System would be added advantage.

· Able to work independently as well as a team player.

· Sense of responsibility, integrity and positive working attitude.

· Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
