We are looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead our outlet operations and team. If you're passionate about customer service, team management, and retail excellence — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
  • Manage outlet cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure all products are priced and displayed correctly according to company standards.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing promotions and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by mastering product knowledge and addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Provide effective solutions to customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage and monitoring attendance, leave, and time tracking.
  • Train and guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels by monitoring inventory and replenishing as needed.
  • Ensure the outlet remains clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.
  • Stay updated on the latest product information and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as ex-cabin crew or ex hotel staff is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
