Title: Wintel Administrator

Location: Bangsar South, KL

MUST: Mandarin and Cantonese

Salary: RM 6 – RM 10,500

Job Descriptions

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Windows Server platforms
• Escalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if need
• Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning
• Prepare and maintain technical documentations
• Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages
• Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
• Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus

• 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage

  
  
• Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
• Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus
• Knowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus
• Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6, RM10,500.00 per month
