  • Responsible for ensuring the entire project schedules and/or demands are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated to Production Planner for execution.
  • Responsible for plan and translate customer orders/contract/forecast into production schedules.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priority.
  • Drive and monitor daily progress output and shipment.
  • Drive project to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Organizing, controlling, tracking, monitoring and record-keeping of project progress/schedules.
  • Determine the Risk/Issue and plan for recovery/backup plan for the project.
  • Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessment of the results.
  • Provide leaders with updates, including greatest opportunities for improvement.
  • Overseeing the entire project schedules and process until secure delivery.
  • Ensure communication and engagement with project key-stakeholders are always at optimum level.
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
  • Responsible for project status report to superior, manager, Management & key-stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure meeting companies ON-Time Delivery (OTD) target.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior/manager/management.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree preferably with minimum 3 years on working experience in project management.
  • Familiar with sheet metal fabrication process and contract manufacturing environment will be added advantages.
  • Possess good computer skills mainly in Monitor ERP and MS Office.
  • Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
