  1. Finance & Accounting (Full set Accounts)

  2. Manage full set of accounts in XERO (GL,AP,AP,month end close)

  3. Prepare monthly management accounts,schedules and reports for management review
  4. Process supplier invoices,verify supporting documents,and arrange payments (Maybank,CIMB,Affin)
  5. Record customer payments and maintain updated AR listing
  6. Assist with invoicing,billing schedu;es, VO preparation,and project related claims
  7. Handle implementation,submission and compliance of E-invoice requirements (LHDN), including data validation,system routine,acknoledgment tracking and record-keeping

2. Auditor & Tax Agent Liaison

  • Prepare year-end audit schedules and required documentation
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit fieldwork
  • Liaise with tax agents for annual tax submissions, CP204 updates, and tax documentation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

3. Payroll & Statutory Submissions

  • Prepare monthly payroll and payslips
  • Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, CP204 on time
  • Maintain employee payroll records via HReasily

4. SST Compliance

  • Compute SST on payment basis
  • Prepare and submit SST filings accurately and before deadline
  • Maintain proper SST documentation for audit purposes

5. Construction & Project Accounting (High Priority)

  • Support project budgeting, costing, cash flow, and cost tracking
  • Work closely with the Project / Contract team on documentation, site expenses, subcontractor claims, and supplier invoices
  • Maintain cost-to-completion schedules and project profitability tracking
  • Prepare financial supporting documents required by banks/lenders (e.g., MDV)

6. Administration & Back Office Management

  • Manage office administration, filing, documentation, and contract records
  • Coordinate hostel rentals, utilities, procurement, courier services, and asset tracking
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, subcontractors
  • Support HR administrative tasks (onboarding, offboarding, staff records)

7. Ad Hoc Support

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments, reports, or administrative tasks required by the CEO and management team
  • Provide operational support for special projects and urgent management requests
