Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive sales performance to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and key market segments.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and distributors.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
• Collaborate with management on business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in physical goods, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in furniture materials, building materials, or industrial products is preferred.
• Exposure to B2B or FMCG sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
