Job Description
  • Develop and manage master production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.

  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and components.

  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and material consumption to align with production plans.

  • Identify potential shortages and take proactive actions to prevent line stoppages.

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

  • Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), labeling, and material handling practices.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.

  • Drive warehouse optimization initiatives to improve space utilization and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage inbound logistics for timely delivery of raw materials and components.

  • Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Optimize logistics cost while maintaining high service levels.

  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs agents where applicable.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team across PMC, warehouse, and logistics functions.

  • Track and report key metrics: production adherence, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and logistics performance.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective/preventive actions.

  • Support cost-reduction and lean initiatives in materials management and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent.

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in material control, warehouse and logistics, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role for Team Lead position.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS systems.

  • Familiarity with import/export regulations, incoterms and transportation management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.

  • Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Willing to work at our new manufacturing site which located in Karangan, Kedah on Q4 2025.
