Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare official correspondence, memorandum, agenda, minutes of meeting, external letters, including preparation for meeting materials and facilities.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
  • Maintaining high confidentiality in all dealings with sensitive information and correspondence;
  • Handling urgent matters, quickly managing unforeseen situations, and ensuring the director is informed and prepared to make decisions;
  • Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders. Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners, and other essential contacts;
  • Building relationships by establishing rapport with key individuals on behalf of the director ;
  • To ensure that the recording of information is effectively recorded within the company's filing system
  • Handling any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the director.

  • Requirements:-


•Candidate must possess a Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;


•At least 5 years of experience as an Office Manager/PA or in a related position;


•Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential as the role requires candidates to interact with investors and shareholders;


•Strong interpersonal skills;


•Discretion and trustworthiness;


•Active listening and good communication skills;


•Proactive approach to problem-solving;


•Ability to multitask, accounting knowledge is an added advantage;


•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);


•Strong time-management and organization skills;


•Able to travel for business trips when required.
