  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  2. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.

  3. Support HR in talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract top candidates.

  4. Participate in career booths and recruitment events, ensuring strong employer branding.

  5. HR Administration & Employee Records:

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.

  7. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including preparation of reports and documentation.

  8. Branch & Field Engagement:

  9. Visit branches as required to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.

  10. Follow up on HR matters from branch visits to ensure timely implementation of actions.

  11. Strategic & Analytical Support:

  12. Generate insights and reports from HR metrics, recruitment data, and employee feedback.

  13. Provide recommendations to improve HR processes and recruitment strategies.

  14. Team Collaboration:

  15. Collaborate with HR team members to execute projects and initiatives.

  16. Contribute ideas to enhance HR operations and overall organizational effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
