We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic project team for an urban elevated railway project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing detailed construction schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 Professional Project Management and Microsoft Project with high efficiency.
  • Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques to track progress and identify potential delays.
  • Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and perform resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Prepare detailed reports, progress charts, histograms, and flow diagrams illustrating work sequences and project performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project plans with actual site progress.
  • Analyse scheduling risks and propose corrective or preventive measures to maintain timely project delivery.
  • Provide management with regular progress updates and recommendations to improve schedule performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience Senior Planning Engineer, preferably in urban elevated railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with strong understanding of planning methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities.
