Ramp Handling

  • Implementing of multi-tasking in airport services division.
  • Aim to become familiar with other duties within the ramp services department, e.g. baggage make up/baggage
  • Breakdown, transfer baggage, cargo loading & unloading, cargo towing, pbb operators and able to operates ground equipment.
  • Undertake any or all duties associated with Grade C GSE operator role.
  • Has obtained and maintains an airside driving permit. Including equipment operator for Grade B (lavatory/water service, mobile passenger and lower deck loader).
  • Undertakes more advanced handling duties including operation of hi-loader and "third man" duties.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as instructed and aim to work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties, as instructed by load master, coordinator, supervisor or manager.
  • To operator passenger loader bridge (PLB) as and when needed.
  • To ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment before and after operation.
  • Shall ensure working area (apron) is free from FOD before and after aircraft movement.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the respective offices and keep office equipment in serviceable condition

Cargo Handling

  • Verify documentation, tally import/export cargo, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Direct forklift operations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper storage and trucking of cargo.
  • Track shipments, count stock, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist the officer or supervisor in managing the cargo system by ensuring accurate data entry, updating records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting documentation, monitoring, and compliance tasks
  • Support the officer and supervisor in executing daily operations by coordinating tasks, addressing immediate needs, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Organize, label, and store documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and maintain accurate records for compliance and operational needs.
  • Accurately input and update data into the designated systems to ensure reliable and up-to-date records to Customs and operational use.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties to ensure timely and efficient completion of all responsibilities.
  • Foster strong teamwork and communication by sharing information openly, supporting colleagues, and working together to achieve shared objectives efficiently.

Education / Professional Qualification

  • Minimum SPM holder and passed in 5 subject including Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah.

Relevant Experience

  • No prior experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
