What You'll Do — Where Creativity Meets Impact

  • Lead offline marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive results.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Roll out POSM materials, promotions, and activations that boost sales.
  • Partner with the sales team to hit trade and retail targets.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize every campaign — because data matters.
  • Engage customers through events, activations, and creative brand experiences.
  • Be the driving force that keeps the marketing engine running at full speed.

What We're Looking For — The Right Fit

  • Fresh graduates with a strong marketing background are encouraged to apply
  • Or 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience (digital or offline).
  • Ability to deliver campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads — with a focus on conversions.
  • A self-starter who's curious, proactive, and goal-driven.
  • Analytical mindset — you test, measure, and refine (not just post and pray).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop campaigns.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, UGC creators, or event collaborations.
  • Certifications like Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are a plus
