Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

The Contract Executive will:

  • Assist in preparation in Bill of Quantities, cost estimate and tender documents
  • Assist in preparation and verification of progress claims from subcontractors
  • Assist in monitoring project budget
  • Collect and analyse data for cost planning and forecasting
  • Support in contract administration and procurement processes
  • Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the calculations are accurate of the work
  • Any other tasks as and when required by superior and management

Qualifications

We required someone who:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Has Fundamental knowledge in QS / Construction
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex cost data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / AutoCAD, Data Analysis and Financial Reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
