Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies and policies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers/vendors.
  • Oversee inventory control, monitor material usage, and coordinate month-end stock reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit standards.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance summaries for management review.
  • Supervise and train purchasing team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in F&B industries.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory systems, procurement software, and cost control management.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English
