Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify potential financial, operational, and project-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate risk standards.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks across the organization.
  • Prepare and present risk reports, analysis, and recommendations to management and the Board.
  • Support the implementation of internal controls and audit recommendations.
  • Promote a strong risk awareness culture throughout the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills when keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Familiar with ISO risk management standards and corporate governance practices.
