Internship for Pig Farm

About the role

Goh Hong Farming Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Intern for our Pig Farm. This full-time internship opportunity is based in Pantai Remis, Perak, and will provide valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic and rewarding field of agriculture and animal husbandry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations and management of our pig farm
• Participating in the feeding, watering, and general care of the pigs
• Observing and learning about the various stages of pig breeding and production
• Collect daily production and breeding-related data (e.g., mating records, farrowing rates, piglet survival)
• Accurately key in data into farm management systems for tracking and reporting
• Collaborating with the farm team to implement best practices in animal welfare and sustainable farming methods
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our farming operations
