Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping, and logistics operations.
  • Implement and maintain systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, LSS, etc., to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs and action plans, benchmarking processes against industry best practices.
  • Design a dynamic replenishment model that optimizes cost, quality, lead time, and inventory levels.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring timely clearance of slow-moving stocks.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation through digitization initiatives and software implementation.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster strong team dynamics and achieve individual and departmental KPIs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in operations and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Willingness to work in Sitiawan, Perak.
