Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and manage the full set of accounts (including GL, AP, AR, financial statements) as well as invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Manage overdue accounts and produce and monitor aging reports.
- Control and monitor company assets.
- Manage and oversee the filing of regular tax returns, including income tax, e-invoicing, SST, and other direct or indirect taxes.
- Handle corporate tax and other tax-related reports.
- Assist in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies; identify and address any areas of concern.
- Coordinate and support audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and stakeholders for financial year-end closing and reporting.
- Perform other finance-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., AutoCount or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
