Job Description

We are a growing marketing agency focused on helping local F&B and retail merchants grow through digital platforms like Grab. We're hiring Part-Time Grab Merchant Acquisition Specialists to join our outreach and onboarding team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and onboarding new merchants in Negeri Sembilan to the Grab platform.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach local merchants (F&B/retail) to join Grab
• Assist with merchant registration and account setup
• Track acquisition progress and meet monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with newly onboarded merchants

Requirements:

• Based in Negeri Sembilan
• Outgoing, confident, and persuasive communicator
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own transport for visiting merchants
• Experience in sales, field marketing, or merchant onboarding is a plus (but not required)
