Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and key administrative functions in cleaning services company. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth staff operations, recruitment, accurate payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities (Full-Cycle HR Focus)
  • Recruitment & On-boarding: Manage the full cycle of recruitment (projects, interviews, selection), prepare contracts, job offers, and conduct staff inductions.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Prepare and process staff monthly payroll, manage benefits claims, update medical deductions, and monitor staff loans/advances.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee requests, grievances, and disciplinary matters (warning/termination letters).
  • Admin & Compliance: Monitor attendance (thumbprint, overtime, leave/MC), manage staff records, and coordinate essential CIDB Green Card courses for relevant personnel.
  • Operations Support: Conduct monthly hostel hygiene inspections and manage staff refreshment logistics.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing the full payroll process and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to deal effectively with staff and external parties (e.g., clients, hostel owners).
  • Proficiency in HR/Payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision.
  • At least experience in HR field 2 years and above.
