THT Supervisor

• Coordinate production planning: Assist the Sr Production Executive in managing the THT Production Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Problem-solving: Organize weekly morning meetings to analyze and address production issues, implementing preventive measures and solutions.
• Inventory management: Take charge of materials in the transit warehouse, conducting regular inventories to maintain accuracy between records and physical stock.
• Quality control: Identify causes of material damage and implement effective control measures to minimize losses and improve overall quality.
• Resource optimization: Arrange personnel schedules based on production plans to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and avoid manpower waste.
• Process expertise: Apply your knowledge of basic soldering processes to enhance production quality and efficiency.

• Educational background: Candidates with SPM qualifications or above, demonstrating a solid foundation in education.
• Relevant training: Individuals who have received training in production planning, operation control, quality management, and safety practices.
• THT experience: Familiarity with THT processes and experience in production management, cost control, and quality management is highly valued.
• Leadership skills: Strong on-site control and management abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude: A dedicated work ethic, strong execution skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills: Good at interacting with diverse personalities and treating others fairly, fostering a positive work environment.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
