Operations Executive Based in Indonesia, Majalengka

Job Summary
The Operations Executive helps to support the smooth daily running of the factory. This role includes checking production progress, coordinating with different teams, preparing reports, and assisting in improving work processes. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production output and ensure it follows the production plan.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and report any delays.
- Assist in checking productivity and efficiency reports.
- Follow up on material readiness from cutting to finishing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain production records, attendance, and manpower data.
- Support audits, inspections, and other operational tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and able to work with different teams.
- Able to work independently and highlight issues when necessary.
