Main Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Regional Safety Manager to demonstrate safety coordination of site level programs and initiatives as a support to the operational management.
  • Maintain, coordinate, and communicate environmental health and safety processes and procedures at site level.
  • Conduct site audits of facility requirements as it relates to environmental health and

safety programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and implementation by employees and contractors with EHS procedures.
- To ensure workplace safety and health compliance according to EHS procedures at facilities.
- Monitoring and supporting all logistics activities at Client facilities.
- Provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives.
- Identify risks during activities and partner with Operations to permanently mitigate them via the hierarchy of controls.
- Ensure completion of EHS action items for facilities and processes are resolved.
- Review, analyze, develop, and communicate environmental health and safety programs and solutions initiatives; develop action plans, as necessary.
- Lead safety meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Initiate and complete safety incident reports, RCCAs, and customer reporting needs.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessments at site level.
- Execute Safety Program projects as directed by site leader and Regional Safety Manager
- To conduct ESD testing and keeping record and support DG audit
- To instill DG awareness

Requirement :

  • Registered competent Safety and Health Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health
  • Able to work in an environment with noise level exceeding 85db for a prolonged period.
