Job description
- Partner with TA manager to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and market trends. Proactively identify, engage, and secure high-potential candidates through strategic sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks).
- Enhance the interview experience for candidates and hiring managers by streamlining recruitment workflows and improving efficiency.
- Support recruitment initiatives such as university/industry career fairs, employee referral programs, and strategic employer branding campaigns.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant studies. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience from Internet, FinTech, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Self-driven with a commitment to long-term growth in human resources.
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
