Job description
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and data management.
- Support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Participate in HR projects, associate engagement activities, and training programs.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Department.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Internship Duration: 3 – 6 months (depending on university requirements).
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
